PROCESS
Upon arrival to a Complete Clinics medical clinic, you will receive a consultation and focused examination with a medical doctor or nurse practitioner. We will weigh you, analyze body composition, test your resting metabolic rate, review all dietary instructions and handouts, and discuss in detail the first thirty days of your program. If you have not provided results from recent blood work, we can cost effectively facilitate this through a local lab.
As appropriate, you will be provided with a 30-day supply of appetite suppressants, receive your first B12 injection and receive your first HCG injection. Your fist visit generally lasts about an hour.
Follow-up visits will take place once a month throughout your weight loss program. During these sessions, a member of our medical staff will weigh you, analyze body composition, review and update dietary instructions, and review your weight-loss progress. Each month, the medical staff will examine various metabolic factors and determine how to further optimze the program. Through the use of a large variety of tools, patients can expect tweaks and enhancements to be made along the way, such that they more easily get past weight loss "walls" and metabolic roadblocks.
Our comprehensive weight-loss program also utilizes daily protein supplements. At Complete Clinics, we also offer an exclusive line of custom protein shakes and bars that are specially formulated to work with our real food dietary approach.
In addition to the products that we sell, you have an option to add selected protein supplements that may be available online or at specialty retail stores. However, because some of the approved products may be hard to find, many patients prefer to start with, and stick with, the Complete Clinics line of products. Our exclusive line of protein supplements not only taste great, they also promote optimal nutrition and enhance successful weight loss when integrated into our comprehensive program. Complete Clinics’ products typically cost less than the approved products found at local retailers.
