Looking for a new dinner idea?  Look no further! Spice up your night with a different take on a burrito.

Try this recipe:

Spicy Chicken Lettuce Wraps

8 oz uncooked ground chicken

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 1/4 cups shredded broccoli (broccoli slaw)

2 green onions, thinly slices

2TB low sodium soy sauce

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

1/4 tsp. salt

8 large butter lettuce leaves

1.  In a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook chicken and onion for 5 minutes or until chicken is brown and onions are tender.  Drain mixture.

2.  In a large bowl, combine chicken mixture, broccoli, green onions, soy sauce, cilantro, crushed red pepper, and salt.  Cover and chill for 1 to 24 hours.

3.  Divid mixture evenly among 8 lettuce leaves.  Bring all sides of each lettuce leaf together to form a burrito.  Serve and Eat!
