"Complete Clinics hCG program helped me lose 45 pounds and drop 8 dress sizes."
Is the Complete Clinics Program open to anyone?
Anyone who is interested in losing weight can participate in the weight loss program, however, there are guidelines that determine who can receive prescription appetite suppressants and hormonal injections based on one’s BMI and medical history. Since there are multiple solutions available, no matter how much weight a person would like to lose, everyone can benefit from the Complete Clinics program.
What is the diet like?
Our diet is not really a “diet” at all. It is essentially a set of “guidelines” to help you make food choices that fuel your metabolism and attack the fat on your body – a real food approach that is suitable for any lifestyle. The guidelines equip you with insights into meal planning, food choices and even eating out in restaurants. You will eat real foods with a few restrictions that are temporary. As you reach your weight loss goals certain foods will be reintroduced, allowing you to exercise your new understandings about food management to maintain a strong metabolism and restrict your body’s ability to build fat.
Will I have to exercise?
Exercise is not just important for weight loss, it is essential for good health. We will not require you to train to run a marathon and you will not have to join a gym. However, we will help you to incorporate “activity” into your program to maintain consistent results. During the course of your program, you will be directed to walk a certain amount of time, for a certain number of days to assist your fueled metabolism in its fat burning efforts.
Do I have to use nutritional or dietary supplements?
Complete Clinics comprehensive weight loss program incorporates two custom protein supplements daily. Our great tasting shakes and bars assist in the delivery of the proper nutrition to fuel the metabolism, increase your energy, preserve lean body mass, control hunger and increase weight loss success. All of our custom Protein Bars and Shakes are designed specifically for Complete Clinics and are not available in stores. To ensure your success, our products are competitively priced and affordable for any budget.
Does your office use appetite suppressants?
Complete Clinics uses only FDA approved prescription appetite suppressants. The anorectic class of drugs is well established in the area of product safety. Patients who receive any medication are screened individually for their current and past health history, as well as other medications that may be be contraindicated for appetite suppressant therapy.
Although prescription appetite suppressants are recommended in our comprehensive program, the use of any medication is completely optional.
Are there any serious side effects associated with taking appetite suppressants?
As with any medication, mild to moderate side effects can occur. The side effects associated with prescription appetite suppressants are typically mild and temporary. Most side effects can be managed with a reduced dosage or simple changes in the medication.
What is hCG?
HCG is Human Chorionic Gonadotropin. It is a natural hormone that is excreted during pregnancy. HCG is not responsible for weight loss alone. It is used synergistically in conjunction with our protocols to assist in the mobilization of fat. Studies using a group following a specific diet and a second group following the same diet and hCG therapy found little difference in total weight loss between the groups but noted a significant reduction of inches with the group that included hCG protocols. *The FDA has not approved the use of hCG for weight loss.
Although hCG injections are recommended for optimal results in our comprehensive program, the use of any medication is completely optional.
Can I just purchase medications (Appetite Suppressants, B12, hCG) from your clinic without being a patient?
Unfortunately, you may not purchase medications without being a Complete Clinics patient. Our medical staff closely monitors our patients on a monthly basis to make sure they are reaching and exceeding their weight loss goals. Because every person is different, we need to verify that all medications given to our patients are working properly and there are no side effects.
